06 Saddle Stitcher Adj. \ 08 Trimming Receiver Adj.
Frequent trimming operations may cause damage to the receiver, resulting in trimming failures. Select the
interval in which the receiver should be moved after specified trimming operations (Trimmer Count). Select
the pitch to move the receiver (Move Pitch). Force the receiver to be moved if trimming operations are
beginning to fail (Execute Compulsive Movement).
The [08 Trimming Receiver Adj.] key is not displayed normally.
If this adjustment is required, contact your service representative.
To specify Trimming Receiver Adjustment

Touch [Adjustment] on the Machine Status Screen.
The Adjustment Menu Screen will be displayed.

Touch [04 Finisher Adjustment], [06 Saddle Stitcher Adj.], and then [08 Trimming Receiver Adj.].
The Trimming Receiver Adjustment Screen will be displayed.

Select the trimmer count.
Touch to choose between [700 times], [500 times], and [300 times].

Select the move pitch.
Touch to choose between [1.0 mm], [1.5 mm], and [2.0 mm].

Touch [Execute Compulsive Movement] to force the receiver to be moved.
This operation takes effect immediately, and touching [Cancel] will not abort the operation.

Touch [OK] to complete the setting.
The Adjustment Menu Screen will be restored.
