Target
All entries and selected list items are saved in a cookie. This causes the settings to be re-
stored automatically after a new call of the Web Client, if the browser allows cookies.
If you only want to print one file and not to store it on the PRISMA server, you can also use
the ’QuickPrint Easy mode’ (see chapter before).
’Page Layout’
Define how the converter should place the pages on the physical Paper:
Simplex: one sided printout
Duplex: double sided printout. Flip over the long edge.
Tumble: double sided printout. Flip over the short edge.
These settings do not modify files in the IOCA format.
’Printer’
Define the printer for the job. Default is the printer which was defined by the
administrator. If the administrator sets the default value himself, the system
controls selection of the printer. Up to 14 characters of the printername can
be displayed. You cannot adress cluster with this selection.
’Impositioning Set’
To print the desired format, you can select an impositioning scheme. This
can be a standard or a user defined scheme.
Note: Only these standard schemes are displayed, which can be processed
by the selected printer.
’Details’
Shows detailed information on the selected impositioning scheme.
’Printer’
Define the printer for the job. Default is the printer which was defined by the
administrator. If the administrator sets the default value himself, the system
controls selection of the printer. Up to 14 characters of the printername can
be displayed. You cannot adress cluster with this selection.
’PFL’
List of all Print File Libraries. You can store the ready-to-print document in
the selected PFL or you select file from the PFL if 'Source = Archive'.
’Priv/Publ’
Indicate if the file should be stored in the private or public part of the PFL.
’Store’
Stores the ready-to-print document in the selected PFL specified under ’Tar-
get’. The name of the document in the print file is either:
- username.jobname with the option 'publ' or
- username/jobname with the option 'priv'.
You now have the possibility to view the prepared documents.
’Print’
Prints on the selected printer.
’Store/Print’
Combination of printing and saving. You don't have the possibility to view
the prepared documents.
