<
Network Configuration>
Select <Network Config>, you will find the following options available:
Scan for Networks
– You can select this option if you want to re-scan the network choosing another wireless
network connection.
You will be guided to a set up wizard
Enter network name
– You can choose to enter the Network name directly from this option
View config
- - To view the configuration of the existing network
Edit Config
– You can set the DHCP ON or OFF in this option. The radio is defaulted with <DHCP> for your network.
If your network is not using DHCP configuration, please choose this option to enter the Configuration details by
selecting <No> of <DHCP>. You need to enter your network IP address, Network Mask, Gateway address and DNS
address.
Wired/Wireless
- You can select whether you want the radio to work with Wired connection (with LAN cable
connected) or Wi-Fi connection.
If you select Wired Only, It will be used only with Ethernet (LAN cable connected)
If you select Wireless Only, It will be used only with Wireless Wi-Fi connection.
If you select Auto, it will detect automatically which kind is available
Signal Warning
- You can choose to show warning on the display when the Wi-Fi signal is weak
<Version>
You can check the software version, serial number and related information of your radio by choosing this option.
This information is useful for you to register the radio at <www.reciva.com> for additional features, or when you
need to report any technical issues to the help centre, you will be asked for these information.
<Upgrade Firmware>
Use this option to download new firmware for the radio. If there is new firmware available, the radio will prompt you
whether you want to download it or not. At this stage, you can always press the <Back> button to stop.
<Language>
There are 11 languages available for your selection.
<Factory Reset>
You can do the <factory reset> to resume all settings to default. Once this option is choose, then the WPA or WEP
code will need to be entered again.
<Register>
Choose this option to get the “Key” so that you can register your radio at www.reciva.com for additional features
added on your radio. Please see Please see the last section of the manual to see how to register you unit
<Set Time/Date>
The date and time is automatically updated once your radio is connected to the internet. It is set based on Green
wich standard time

You can always set the time and date manually by choosing this option.
Note:
If you are not sure if your network is using DHCP or not, please contact your ISP to verify.
