Course correction of 10 degree to starboard in AUTO
,
WIND
VANE and NO DRIFT modes.
< (-1 and -10)
– Tacking to port, the boat will turn around 100 degrees
to port when the pilot is in AUTO mode. In VANE mode will bring the
boat is oriented at the same angle to the wind, but on the opposite tack,
tacking to port.
> (+1 and +10)
– Tacking to starboard, the boat will turn around 100
degrees to starboard when the pilot is in AUTO mode. In VANE mode
will bring the boat is oriented at the same angle to the wind, but on the
contrary to the initial tack, tacking to starboard.
(-10 and +10)
– When the pilot is previously in AUTO mode, this key
combination activates the TRACK mode, navigating to a waypoint
introduced in the GPS. It is necessary that the GPS navigation mode is
previously enabled (GOTO or Route).
(-1 and +1)
- This key combination activates the navigation in NO
DRIFT mode, keeping the COG. The GPS needs to supply valid data.
(Only for Simrad / B&G and Ocenav STE300 pilots).
(STBY)
– This key has 2 functions. A normal pulse disables the pilot
AUTO mode. If pressed for more than 1.5 seconds, the screen backlight
and onboard instruments will be activated. Press and hold for longer
time, to set the desired lighting level (3 levels).
(AUTO)
– Activates the autopilot in magnetic course mode.
(STBY and AUTO)
– Activates autopilot operation in VANE mode, to
hold the apparent wind angle on the sails.
