Description
Build strength with this simulated climb up 3 increasingly steeper hills. You set the level of the middle hill; the
smallest hill is 5 resistance levels less than the middle hill, and the biggest hill is 4 levels higher. Each hill lasts
two minutes with a 30-second recovery in between. After the biggest hill, recover for 30 seconds, then begin your
climb again. Use Level+ / - to adjust resistance mid-workout.
