Description

The Zero Runner smart console offers two preset progroms with specific calorie burn goals: 250 calroies or 500 

calories. Select the program for the calorie goal you want, enter your age and weight, and get going! If you 

choose, use the resistance lever throughout your workout to vary the intensity; the higher the resistance, the 

faster you will reach your goal!
