Jukebox Warranty
The Octave Music Group, Inc. provides a separate product warranty for the Jukebox. Installation and use of the
Fusion DIY Enclosure Bracket Kit (the “Kit”) in strict accordance with this Fusion DIY Enclosure User Guide (the
“Guide”) shall not void the applicable Jukebox warranty. Notwithstanding the foregoing, other acts or omissions
of you, your personnel and your subcontractors may void the Jukebox warranty, including without limitation (a)
installation of the Kit not in compliance with this Guide; (b) operation or use of the Kit not in compliance with this
Guide; (c) unauthorized repair or modification of the Kit or the Jukebox; or (d) any other misuse, abuse or
mishandling of the Kit or the Jukebox. You are advised to review this Guide and the terms of the Jukebox
warranty before installing, operating or using the Kit.

OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,

DATA, OR FOR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR STRICT LIABILITY, EVEN IF
THE OCTAVE MUSIC GROUP, INC. HAS BEEN INFORMED OF, KNEW OF, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF
THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OCTAVE MUSIC GROUP, INC.’S
LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE KIT OR ANY INSTALLATION, OPERATION OR USE OF
THE KIT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE KIT, AS EVIDENCED BY THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.
