5.4 - TROUBLES, CAUSES AND CURE
TROUBLES
• The machine does not work (switch
off in ON mode)
• The machine does not sufficiently/
uniformly expand the dough ball
• The dish warming up does not
occur or is not sufficient
• Pressing the cycle activation but
-
ton, the upper dish does not move
• During the dough pressing opera
-
tion, the dough sticks to the dishes
• At the end of the dough pressing
operation, the dough is slightly
baked
• At the end of the dough pressing
operation, the dough does not
show the wished width
• The dough disc obtained has an
uneven thickness
CAUSES
1) Power supply trouble
1) The dishes are dirty
2) The dish/dishes is/are not warm
enough
3) The dough is not risen
4) The dough is cold or frozen
1) The resistances are damaged
2) The electric resistance contacts
are damaged
3) The thermostats are set at a too
low temperature
4) Thermostat faulty
1) The two start buttons have not
been pressed simultaneously.
1) The temperature of the dishes is
too low
2) The dishes are dirty
3) The dough is particularly sticky
1) The temperature of the dishes is
too high
2) The closing time of the dishes is
too long
1) The distance between the dishes
is not correct
2) The closing time of the dishes is
not correct
3) The dough has not risen or is too
cold
1) The dishes are not parallel
CURE
1) Check the conditions of plug +
fuses
1) Clean the dishes
2) Check the temperature of the
dishes
3) Check the dough
4) Check the temperature of the
dough
1) Replace the resistances
2) Reset the electric resistance
contacts
3) Reset the thermostat tempera-
ture
4) Check functioning
1) Simultaneously press the two
buttons
1) Adjust the dish temperature (>
120°C) by utilizing the relevant
thermostats
2) Clean the dishes
3) Dredge the dough ball with flour
1) Adjust the dish temperature by
utilizing the relevant thermostats
2) Reduce the dish closing time by
using the timer
1) By using the thickness gauge,
adjust the distance between the
dishes
2) Adjust the dish closing time by
using the timer
3) Check the dough
1) Check the distance between the
dishes using a thickness gauge
