SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS

1.  Never use the jack stand for any purpose other than

the information in this manual.

2.  Verify that the product and application are compatible;

if in doubt call OEMTOOLS™ at 1-866-458-2472.

3.  Before using this product, read the operator’s manual

completely and familiarize yourself thoroughly with the

product, its components and recognize the hazards

associated with its use.

4.  Wear appropriate safety gear, including heavy-duty

work gloves and ANSI-approved safety goggles

during use.

5.  DO NOT exceed the weight capacity of the jack stand.

Make sure weight is evenly distributed. Be aware of

dynamic loading. Sudden load movement may briefly

create excess load, causing product failure. Exceeding

the maximum capacity for this product is dangerous

and can lead to serious injury or property damage.

6.  Always evaluate your task before using this jack stand.

Use only as intended.

7.  Use only on a hard, level and flat surface capable of

bearing the combined weight of the jack stand, load

being lifted, the operator and any tools being used.

WARNING

:

Never load the jack stand with an engine that extends

beyond the centerlines of the front and rear wheel/

caster axles.
1.  If you are working and the load becomes off-balance

and/or the jack stand begins to tip over, DO NOT

ATTEMPT TO CATCH OR LIFT THE LOAD WHEN

FALLING. SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY CAN RESULT.

In this event, clear the area as quickly and safely as

possible in order to avoid injury from the falling load,

including getting hit with flying fragments.

2.  Before each use, inspect the general condition of the

jack stand. If a problem occurs, have the problem

corrected before further use.

WARNING

:

To prevent serious injury, DO NOT use a damaged or

malfunctioning jack stand.
3.  If in doubt about the safety of your project, we advise

you to have the work done by a professional familiar

with applicable safety practices.

ASSEMBLY

1. Insert extension tube in stand base.

OPERATION

WARNING

:

Support areas of vehicle specified by vehicle

manufacturer. Use ONLY on vehicles whose support

points are compatible with saddle of axle stand.

Incompatibility may result in structural damage to vehicle

and/or axle stand.
1.  With vehicle lifted, carefully locate the desired support

points

2.   With the axle stands at their lowest position, carefully

position them directly under the desired support points

with load centered on the extension tube saddle

3.   Adjust saddle height by lifting up the extension

tube, then insert the tube support bar through the

appropriate hole on extension tube.

4.   Check to ensure support bar is secured and nested

across two corresponding radii before loading. Ensure

that the support bar is inserted completely so that the

bar stop engages the collar.

5.   Slowly lower the vehicle onto the stands.
6.   Check to ensure vehicle is secured before working

on, around or under. Use wheel chocks on all unlifted

wheels in both directions to prevent inadvertent

movement.

REMOVING AXLE STANDS

WARNING

:

Clear all tools and personnel before lowering load.
1.   With suitable jack, raise vehicle clear of stands.
2.   Carefully remove support bar and allow extension tube

to drop down to lowest position.

3.   Remove axle stands, then slowly lower vehicle.
