Belt Adjustment
Over time, the belt may drift to one side of the conveyor rail. Manual
adjustment knobs on the end of the belt can be used to adjust the alignment
of the belt and move it back into place.
1. Loosen the four (4) socket head cap screws.
2. Center the conveyor belt by adjusting the two belt tensioner knobs.
a. If the belt needs to move towards the right, tighten the belt tensioner
knob on the left or loosen the knob on the right.
b. If the belt needs to move towards the left, tighten the belt tensioner
knob on the right or loosen the knob on the left.
3. Use a torque wrench to re-tighten the four (4) Socket head cap screws to
18 ft-lbs.
