运动建议

逐渐减速,然后按电脑上的“停止”键。要离开运行的表面,横跨在运行的表面
上,站在左右两侧的脚轨道上的皮带后,带已停止。在不使用跑步机时,将安全
钥匙取出存放在安全的地方。把安全钥匙放在远离儿童的地方。在锻炼结束时做
些 热 身 运 动 。 当 你 完 成 锻 炼 时 , 按 照 第1 7页 把 跑 步 机 折 叠 起 来 存 放 。 定 期 检 查 并
拧紧跑步机的所有部件。在执行本手册所述的维护和调整程序之前,始终拔掉电
源线。除非获授权服务代表指示,否则不得拆下马达盖。本手册以外的服务应由
任何授权的服务代表执行。要断开电源,请从电源插座上拆下电源插头之前,将
电源开关转到OFF位置。将所有电器部件,如电动机、电源线和开关开关远离水或
其他液体以防止触电。不要在扶手、电脑控制台或皮带上设置任何东西。不要把
