ミストコレクタの運転積算時間が、設定されたメンテナンスお知らせ時間に達すると
ALARM
ランプ（赤）が点灯し、現在の電圧値、電流値、運転積算時間表示の後、
アラームメセージ：

を表示します。この時、運転は継続されます。

When the cumulative operation time of MISTCATCH reaches the set time, the Alarm
lamp (red) lights up and the alarm E3 is displayed after showing the present values of
voltage, current and cumulative operation time. Operation is not interrupted by this
alarm.
0 : Not use this function
1-99 : 1 means 100 hours. Notification period can be set between 100 to
9900 hours.
*Time measurement in the control board is made on an hourly basis.
As an example, if this is set to 50, notification is made in 5000 hours after power
input.
When the cumulative operation time exceeds 10,000 hours, the display shows
