③荷電極、捕集電極を取っ手を引いて取出してください。

 

       

注意電極を取出すときに、碍子を持たないでください。→破損の原因となります。

 

Pull the handle to take out the charge electrode and the collecting electrode.

④電極を洗浄液に漬け置きして汚れを落としてください。

 

汚れが落ちにくい場合はブラシ等を使用して汚れを取除いてください。

 

超音波洗浄器や温水を使用すると汚れが落ち易くなります。

 

注意ブラシ等を使用する場合には針電極が変形しないように注意してください。

 

Soak the electrodes in cleaning liquid. Use a brush for removing tough stains.   
Use of an ultrasonic cleaner or hot water will make cleaning work easy. 

Caution Pay attention not to deform the needle electrodes with a brush. 

 
 
 
 

 
 

⑤水洗いした後、完全に水分を乾燥させてください。

 

注意水分が付いたまま運転するとスパーク発生原因になります。

 

       

注意電極を取り付ける前に、電極の変形、異物の付着等がないか確認してください。

 

Dry the electrodes completely after washing. 

Caution Operating a MISTCATCH with wet electrodes can be a cause of sparking. 
Caution Before attaching each electrode, make sure that it is not deformed and there is no adhesion of foreign 

matters to it. 

 

⑥電極を元通りに装置に取付けてください。

 

右図の向きで、電極を奥まで差し込んでください。

 

Put the electrodes back in place. 
Push them in to the depth in the direction as shown 
in the illustration. 

 

⑦電極取出し扉を閉めて六角ボルトを確実に締めてください。

 

Close the Electrode access door and fix   
the hexagon head bolts securely.
