Do not “scratch” the pot inside with the little forks points, the
non-stick coating could damage (mod. FND 1000G).
Do not use sharp or pointed tools as metallic palettes, knives
or forks in the pot to avoid damaging the non-stick coating
(mod. FND 1000G).

Cooking
Meat fondue
• Turn the thermostat to position “5”.
• Let grease or broth heat for about 20 minutes before adding meat.
When using grease, the cooking time is of about 2-3 minutes, while
with broth is of about 3-4 minutes.
• Take the food to eat with the little fork and pour it in the pot.
• When the food is hot or cooked as desired extract the little fork and eat it.
Just extracted food could be very hot;
burn danger.
Cheese fondue
• Turn the temperature knob to position “5” and add cheese in the pot. Continuously mix
while cheese is melting.
• When cheese is completely melted, take the temperature knob back to position “2” or
“3” to keep cheese hot.
• Take the food to eat with the little fork and pour it in the pot.
• When the food is hot or cooked as desired, extract the little fork and eat it.
Just extracted food could be very hot;
burn danger.
