››› DOUBLE-SIDED GRILL PLATE
With the ribbed side facing upwards, the grill plate can he used for grilling in the
normal way. The reverse side is suitable for cooking 4 small crepes or pancakes.
››› HOW TO USE YOUR GRILL
Before first use
Remove any packing materials completely. Before using the grill for the first time,
clean the double-sided grill plate, grill stone and mini-pains with a damp cloth.
We recommend that you beat up the appliance for about 10 minutes, without any
food, to eliminate the smell typically encountered when first switching on a grill.
A small amount of smoke may also be noticeable, so the room may have to be
ventilated during this period. Before the food is placed on the grill plate, the plate
should be lightly greased with a small amount of oil specifically intended for
dying, which may be safely heated to high temperatures.
