This appliance is only intended for food preparation. Only use according to
these instructions. Improper use is dangerous and will void any warranty claim.

BeFORe FIRsT TIMe Use
Carefully read this user manual in order to avoid damage or injuries due to

incorrect use. Pay particular attention to safety instructions. Keep for future
reference and pass it on to further users.
Carefully remove all packaging and check if appliance is complete and un-

damaged. In case of damage, do not use the appliance.
Always unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely before cleaning.

Clean the pot with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Do not immerse in water.

Clean the rice pot, glass lid and rice spoon with a soft cloth in warm dishwa-
•
ter; use mild cleaner to remove heavy staining. Wipe dry afterwards. Do not
use abrasive cleaners, hard metal brush, scouring pads or sharp objects.
Never put the cooker in dish washer.

cleanIng and caRe
The crossed-out wheeled bin logo requires the separate collection of
waste electric and electronic equipment (WEEE). Electric and electronic
equipment may contain dangerous and hazardous substances. Do not
dispose of this appliance as unsorted municipal waste. Return it to a desig-
nated collection point for the recycling of WEEE. By doing so, you will help to
conserve resources and protect the environment. Contact your retailer or local
authorities for more information.
dIspOsal
Do not wash the rice in the rice pot, otherwise the non-stick coating might

get damaged.
Other utensils should not be placed between the rice pot, and the device.

Do not use any hard metal spoon inside the rice pot, otherwise may destroy
•
the non-stick coating.
Hot steam escapes out during cooking, to avoid burn do not put the face or
•
hand on the lid.
