MP3/USB Audio Player Module (C 7210 Only) - Figure 5

This easy to use module accepts USB memory stick or SD memory card for playback of MP3 files. The module is
equipped with CD player style functions ie: track skip/search, repeat, play/pause etc. The unit also has the ability to
vary the pitch of the playback for use in aerobics classes, gymnasiums etc.

Operation of MP3/USB Audio Player Module:

1. Switch on the PA at the main power switch and press the power button on the MP3 module. The module can be
switched off independantly of the PA system if required (to save battery power).

2. Insert your USB or SD memory card into the appropriate slot. The unit will automatically scan the memory for MP3
files and begin playback.

3. Press prev or next buttons to scan through the files on the memory. Playback will commence immediately whenever
the prev or next buttons are pressed. To pause playback at any time, press the play/pause button (

>II

).

4. Press stop to cease playback at any point. Pressing play again will start playback from the first file on the memory
stick/card.

5. To repeat a file press the repeat button during playback. Pressing repeat again will repeat all files on a memory
stick/card. Pressing repeat a third time cancels the repeat function.

6. Volume level control is provided to adjust the output level, this is overridden by the portable PA’s master volume
level.

7. Pitch control adjustment allows each MP3 track to be sped up or slowed down according to requirements.

When both USB stick and SD card are installed into the device, the USB has priority. If the power is switched off with-
out pressing stop, the last played track will be memorised & begin playing at switch on. Pressing stop again results in
the first track on the USB or SD memory device beginning playback.

NOTE: SD card slot is spring loaded. To eject the card, push inwards first and the card will be released from
the mechanism. Do not pull on the card as this may cause damage to the unit.
