Confidential Faxes
Facsimile machines are often located in open areas where
anyone can look through the messages received. The
confidential fax feature controls access to faxes.
A confidential fax is a fax sent or received to the secured
memory of a machine. This secured memory is called a
personal mailbox (or sub-address number).
