FUNCTION
Command to set and get Uplink parameters for BS1200 unit. Parameters configure network timing used
when monitoring link between a Gateway and a router, hub or switching device to which unit is
connected. When link failure is detected, the error condition is reported.
CHARACTERISTICS
SET-UPLINK
Writes Uplink parameters to BS1200 unit
Input Parameter(s):
P1 - Timing period in seconds, over which the error checking packets will be transmitted during
normal operation.
P2 - Error Detect period in seconds, over which the error checking packets will be transmitted after
an error has been detected. This value is usually set to a higher frequency than Regular
Timing.
P3 - Number of times that an error can be detected before the link is failed (disconnected)
P4 - Reconnect on Errors is number of times that a recovered link is to be detected before the link
will be reestablished as normal and Regular timing (P1) is restarted.

Displays current (ACT) and new (SBY) parameters for uplink
