Please make sure that the external Gas meter you use has been recently calibrated and that it has
sufficient accuracy. It often happens that external Gas meters are less accurate than our CO2 UNIT
BL, and are not suitable to perform the calibration described above.
Finally, if you are unsure on the calibration you have just performed or if for any reason you want to reset
to the factory calibration simply go to the “Sensor Calibration” page (
Figure 23) and pres
s “Factory Reset”.

Sensors (with calibration gas)
This function allows performing a calibration using a Span Gas or pure Air or pure N

Tank. Before starting
the instrument calibration,
make sure you have the Gas Tank connected to the port labeled “Air
Input
” on the rear
panel of the CO2-UNIT-BL, then press the Sensors
icon
. At this point several options are available ( see Figure
28 b).
