CTX 300 calibration (for Semiconductor)
This is a
Semiconductor
type sensor.
■
Flip the switch (rep. 1) into the
CAL
position.

Ensure that the sensor is in clean air,
otherwise inject synthetic air into it
using the calibration kit and referring
to the recommendations below.
Important: to correctly calibrate a
sensor
equipped
with
a
semi-
conductor cell, use of a humidifier kit
(code 6335919) is MANDATORY.
Using the humidifier kit
-
Lift the lid (ref. A) and, using a
washbottle, moisten the filter,
without saturating it, with distilled
water
-
Replace the lid and check that all
parts are properly assembled and
that the assembly is fully airtight.

Adjust the flow rate to 60 l/h and
wait 10 minutes until the humidifier
is fully purged.

Apply the gas introduction pipe
(ref. C) to the nose of the sensor
and wait at least five minutes for
the measurement to stabilize.
Note: the sensor must be powered
for at least two hours before any
adjustment can be made.
