6.3.9 PLATEAU DE COUPE - RÉGLER LA COURROIE DENTÉE D’ENTRAÎNEMENT DE LA LAME

► Abaissez le plateau de coupe à sa position la plus basse en déplaçant le levier de réglage en hauteur jusqu'à la
position

► Relâchez les goupilles de raccordement rapide sur les carters latéraux du plateau de coupe et retirez les carters.
►
Relâchez la goupille de raccordement rapide (
1
) du carter supérieur (
2
) et soulevez le carter vers le haut
approximativement dans son milieu.

► Glissez une clé appropriée sous le cache en métal, par le dessous, placez-la sur le boulon de la poulie de la
courroie (

). Par-dessus, desserrez l'écrou de la poulie de la courroie.
► Desserrez l'écrou de blocage (
2
) et l'écrou (

). Puis, à l'aide d'une clé appropriée, tournez l'écrou (
3
) de façon que la
courroie dentée (
4
) soit correctement tendue.

La courroie est tendue correctement quand une force de 4 kPa (40 N ; 72 Hz) appliquée à mi-distance entre
les poulies de la courroie (1) et (5) fait fléchir la courroie d'environ 0,5 cm.
Pour mesurer la force, vous pouvez utiliser un dynamomètre mécanique normal, disponible dans les magasins spécialisés.
► Serrez l'écrou de blocage (
2
) du mécanisme de tension puis resserrez l'écrou de la poulie de la courroie dentée (
1
).
► Replacez les carters latéraux et supérieurs et vissez-les.

La courroie d'entraînement du plateau de coupe est correctement tendue lorsque la longueur du ressort de tension

) est de
135±1 mm
. Si la longueur diffère, réglez-la en tournant l'écran (

) de la barre de tension.
6.3.10 PLATEAU DE COUPE - RETRAIT DE LA TONDEUSE

► Levez le plateau de coupe à sa position la plus haute en déplaçant le levier de réglage en hauteur jusqu'à la position

► Soulevez légèrement la descente d'éjection de l'herbe (
1
) et glissez-la hors des deux goupilles soudées sur le cadre
du plateau de coupe. Ensuite, déplacez la goulotte d'environ 10 cm vers l'arrière et fixez-la à sa place ou retirez-la
complètement par la plaque arrière.

► À l'aide d'une clé appropriée, tournez l'écrou (

) de façon que la tension du ressort (

) soit complètement relâchée.
Retirez ensuite la courroie (
1
) de la poulie de la courroie de la transmission électromagnétique du moteur.

Glissez les goupilles ressort (

) hors des axes d'arbres de suspension à l'arrière du plateau de coupe (

). Dévissez
l'écrou (

) de l'axe de l'arbre avant et retirez l'axe de l'arbre (

). A l'aide de pinces, retirez les deux goupilles (

).
Pour utiliser l'option mulching du plateau de coupe, retirez d'abord la pièce du levier de rabat de mulching qui
s'étend au-dessus du plancher de la tondeuse.

► Sortez lentement le plateau de coupe par l'un des côtés de la tondeuse.
6.3.11 ENTRETIEN DE LA DIRECTION

Vérifiez régulièrement qu'il n'y a pas de jeu excessif entre le segment de direction denté et le pignon du volant. En cas
de jeu important, il doit être limité. Procédure pour limiter (régler) le jeu :
►
Soulevez le capot.
► Dévissez les deux écrous M12 (
1
) du boulon excentrique.
► Placez un clé appropriée sur l'hexagone du boulon excentrique (
2
) et tournez-le jusqu'à ce que le jeu soit limité au
minimum.
► Vissez les écrous des boulon M12 (
1
) à un couple de 35 à 45 Nm.
Négliger cette étape de l'entretien peut endommager les composants de la direction.
