VORBEREITEN DER INBETRIEBNAHME
3.1
AUSPACKEN UND KONTROLLE DES INHALTS
Dieses Kapitel richtet sich in erster Linie an das Servicepersonal des Händlers, das die Maschine im Rahmen des Kundendienstes für
den Benutzer vorbereitet. Wenn Sie Ihre Maschine bereits montiert und betriebsbereit erhalten haben, gehen Sie direkt zu Kapitel 4.
Wenn Sie Ihr Gerät selbst ausgepackt haben, müssen Sie es gemäß den Anweisungen in diesem Kapitel für den Betrieb vorbereiten.
Wenn Sie unsicher sind oder nicht über ausreichende Ausrüstung, Werkzeuge oder Erfahrung verfügen, zögern Sie nicht, Ihren
Maschinenhändler um Unterstützung zu bitten.
Wir empfehlen, dass alle Montagearbeiten von mindestens zwei Personen durchgeführt werden.
Überprüfen Sie sofort nach der Lieferung, ob die verpackte Maschine beschädigt ist. Informieren Sie bei Beschädigungen das
Transportunternehmen. Wenn die Reklamation nicht rechtzeitig eingereicht wird, können keine Ansprüche geltend gemacht werden.
Überprüfen Sie, ob das Modell der Maschine der Bestellung entspricht. Bei einer Unregelmäßigkeit lassen Sie die Maschine verpackt
und melden die Diskrepanz unverzüglich dem Lieferanten.
Sie finden in der Verpackung:

(1) Holzkiste
(2) Rampen (Achtung – nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten!)
(3) Lenkrad
(4) Sitz
(5) Dokumentation (Packzettel, Betriebsanleitung zum Rasenmäher, Betriebsanleitung zum Motor, Betriebsanleitung
zur Batterie, Servicebuch)
(6) Die Grasfangvorrichtung (teilweise demontiert in einem Karton), mit Scharnier und Verbindungsmaterial).
AUSPACKEN
1. Entfernen Sie mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug (z. B. Brecheisen oder Hammer usw.) die Verlattung (1), nehmen Sie alle einzeln
verpackten Teile heraus und entfernen Sie alle Versteifungselemente und Verpackungsmaterialien.
2. Führen Sie eine Sichtprüfung der Maschine auf Schäden durch, die während des Transports entstanden sein könnten.
Entpacken Sie auch alle einzeln verpackten Baugruppen und überprüfen Sie sie. Kontaktieren Sie bei jeglicher Art von Schäden
sofort den Lieferanten, Fahren Sie nicht mit der Installation der Maschine fort.
3. Bereiten Sie geeignete Rampen vor (
3.1 Position 2), um die Maschine von der Palette zu fahren. Wenn Sie keinen Rampen
benutzen, besteht die Gefahr Teile der Maschine zu beschädigen.
4. Heben Sie das Mähwerk in die Transportstellung, indem Sie den Hebel in die höchste Position ziehen (
4.2). Wenn Sie das
Mähwerk nicht anheben, besteht die Gefahr, es
ernsthaft zu beschädigen
!
3.2
ENTSORGUNG DER VERPACKUNGSMATERIALIEN
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Verpackungsmaterial nach dem Auspacken aller Teile ordnungsgemäß entsorgt oder recycelt
wird. Die Entsorgung muss gemäß den im Land des Benutzers geltenden Abfallentsorgungsgesetzen erfolgen.
Die Entsorgung kann einem spezialisierten Unternehmen anvertraut werden.
3.3
MONTAGE DER SEPARAT VERPACKTEN BAUGRUPPEN
Aus technischen Gründen wird die Maschine durch den Verkäufer (entsprechend der folgenden Anleitung) für den Betrieb vorbereitet.
Bevor Sie mit der Installation beginnen, entfernen Sie alle abdeckenden Schutzmaterialien, stellen Sie den Mäher auf eine ebene
Fläche und richten Sie die Vorderräder in gerade Richtung aus.
3.3.1 SITZ, LENKRAD UND BATTERIE
3.3.1a
a) Befestigen des Sitzes an der gekippten Konsole:

Kippen Sie die Sitzkonsole (

) ca. 90° nach oben.

Setzen Sie in die Löcher der kleinen Platte (

) Schrauben (

) ein und legen Sie die Platte von der Unterseite der
Konsole her gegen die linke Nut.
►
Schieben Sie die große Platte (
4
) von der Oberseite der Konsole her auf die Schrauben (
3
).
►
Setzen Sie den Sitz gegen die Konsole und befestigen Sie ihn mit Schrauben (
3
). Ziehen Sie die Schrauben nur
leicht an, da der Sitz zu diesem Zeitpunkt beweglich bleiben muss.
