6.3.10 MÄHWERK - AUSBAU AUS DER MASCHINE

Setzen Sie das Mähwerk auf die höchste Position, indem Sie den Hebel zur Höhenverstellung auf Position 7
bewegen.

Heben Sie den Grasauswurf (

) leicht an und schieben Sie ihn von den zwei Stiften, die an den Rahmen des
Mähwerks geschweißt sind. Bewegen Sie dann entweder die Rutsche ca. 10 cm nach hinten und sichern sie hier,
oder ziehen Sie sie ganz durch die hintere Platte.

Drehen Sie mit einem geeigneten Schraubenschlüssel Mutter (

) so, dass die Spannung auf Feder (

gelöst ist. Entfernen Sie dann den Riemen (

) von der Riemenscheibe des elektromagnetischen Motorgetriebes.

6.3.11 WARTUNG DER LENKUNG

Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig auf übermäßiges Spiel zwischen dem Lenkungszahnbereich und dem Lenkradritzel.
Wenn eine größere Lockerheit festgestellt wird, ist es notwendig, sie zu begrenzen. Vorgehensweise zur Begrenzung
(Einstellung) der Lockerheit:

Heben Sie die Haube an.
►
Lösen Sie die beiden M12-Muttern (

) an der Schraube des Exzenters.
►
Setzen Sie einen geeigneten Schraubenschlüssel auf den Sechskant des Exzenters (

) und drehen ihn, bis die
Lockerheit minimal ist.
►
Ziehen Sie die beiden M12-Muttern (
1
) mit einem Drehmoment von 35 - 45 Nm an.
Die Vernachlässigung dieser Wartung kann zu Schäden an Lenkkomponenten führen.
6.3.12 KONTROLLE UND EINSTELLUNG DES FAHRANTRIEBRIEMENS
6.3.12a
Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Spannung des Fahrantriebsriemens. Der Riemen ist richtig gespannt, wenn eine auf
den mittleren Abstand zwischen den Riemenscheiben (

) und (

) wirkende Kraft von
4 kP
dazu führt, dass der Riemen
um ca.
1,5 cm
durchhängt.
Wenn der Riemen zunehmend durchhängt, muss die Spannung angepasst werden.
