FUNZIONAMENTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE DEL TRATTORINO TOSAERBA
Informazioni utili prima di avviare per la prima volta il trattorino tosaerba:
►
Il trattorino tosaerba è dotato di contatti di sicurezza, che sono innestati tramite:
- un interruttore posto sotto il sedile
- un interruttore su un contenitore dell'erba fissato o un deflettore
- un interruttore del contenitore dell'erba pieno
- un interruttore del pedale del freno
►
Il motore si arresta automaticamente se l'operatore lascia il sedile e il trattorino tosaerba non è bloccato con il freno
di stazionamento.
►
Il motore può essere avviato soltanto quando si spegne il piatto tagliaerba e il contenitore dell'erba è installato,
oppure quando è montato un deflettore che, durante la pacciamatura, impedisce all'erba tagliata di entrare nello
scivolo di scarico che porta al contenitore dell'erba e il pedale del freno è azionato.

ISPEZIONI PRIMA DELL'AVVIO DEL TRATTORINO TOSAERBA
Prima dell'avvio del trattorino tosaerba, controllare quanto segue:

Il livello dell'olio nel motore (

5.2
AVVIAMENTO DEL MOTORE
Il trattorino tosaerba è dotato di una funzione che impedisce l'avviamento del motore se le seguenti condizioni di sicurezza non sono
soddisfatte:
La trasmissione del piatto tagliaerba è disinnestata
Il pedale di trazione non è premuto
Il conducente è seduto sul sedile del trattorino tosaerba
Il pedale del freno è premuto o il freno è innestato nella posizione di stazionamento

Il rispetto
di queste condizioni nell'istante in cui viene avviato il motore
è indicato dalla spia rossa del pedale del freno e del pedale del freno di
stazionamento accesa

La spia rossa funge anche come segnale di stato della batteria!
Se la spia rossa inizia a lampeggiare anche se non si è premuto il pedale del
freno e si è inserita la chiave in posizione "accensione OFF", significa che la
batteria è quasi scarica. Se la spia lampeggia mentre il motore è in funzione,
il sistema di ricarica della batteria non funziona correttamente. In tal caso,
contattare un centro di assistenza autorizzato il prima possibile.
Il mancato rispetto di queste condizioni nell'istante in cui viene avviato
il motore è indicato dalla spia rossa del pedale del freno e del pedale
del freno di stazionamento lampeggiante

Una volta soddisfatte le condizioni descritte, avviare il motore come segue:
1) Premere il pedale del freno.
2) Impostare la leva di regolazione dell'altezza del piatto tagliaerba in posizione "

".
3) Impostare la leva dell'acceleratore nel seguente modo:
- Sui trattorini tosaerba con motore bicilindrico alla posizione
"MAX
"
- Sui trattorini tosaerba con motore monocilindrico alla posizione
"STARTER
"
4) Tirare lo starter (
solo sui trattorini tosaerba con starter indipendente
)
5) Girare la chiave in posizione "Accensione ON" e attendere
almeno 1 secondo
. In questo intervallo di tempo viene eseguita la
diagnostica del sistema elettronico del trattorino tosaerba. Quindi, girare la chiave nella posizione "
Avviamento motore
" e il
motore si avvierà. Dopo l'avviamento, rilasciando la chiave, questa tornerà automaticamente alla posizione "
Accensione ON
".
