DAGELIJKSE INSPECTIES EN ONDERHOUDSWERKZAAMHEDEN
Zorg er, voordat u begint met onderhouds- of reparatiewerkzaamheden, voor dat volledig bekend bent met alle instructies, beperkingen
en aanbevelingen in deze gebruikershandleiding.
Haal altijd de sleutel uit het contact en ontkoppel de bougiekabels, voordat u schoonmaak-, onderhouds- en
reparatiewerkzaamheden uitvoert.
Draag tijdens het werk geschikte werkkleding en werkschoenen. Draag geschikte handschoenen wanneer u een maaimes hanteert of
bij werkzaamheden waarbij u het risico loopt van snijwonden.
Zorg ervoor dat u geen brandstof, olie of andere gevaarlijke stoffen morst.
Voer geen grote reparaties uit als u niet het noodzakelijke gereedschap en niet de juiste kennis hebt van de reparatie van
verbrandingsmotoren!
Houd u bij het verwerken van gebruikte olie, brandstof of andere gevaarlijke stoffen altijd aan de geldende milieuvoorschriften.
6.2.1 VOOR U AAN DE SLAG GAAT
CONTROLEER DE BANDENSPANNING
Let er op dat de banden de voorgeschreven spanning hebben en controleer de bandenspanning regelmatig. Het behoud van de
voorgeschreven bandenspanning is van belang voor een gelijkmatig maairesultaat. Verschillende bandenspanningen kunnen
moeilijkheden veroorzaken bij het rijden en kunnen zelfs leiden tot verlies van controle over de maaier.
De luchtdruk in de voor- en achterbanden moet in het bereik van
80 - 140 KPa
liggen, terwijl de verschillen tussen de afzonderlijke
banden
± 10 KPa
mogen bedragen.
CONTROLEER HET OLIEPEIL IN DE MOTOR
Parkeer de tractormaaier op een horizontaal oppervlak. Open de motorkap en draai de dop van de vulopening los. Schroef de
oliepeilstok eruit, veeg de stok droog, steek hem er weer in en schroef hem er weer in. Schroef hem er dan weer uit en lees het
oliepeil af.
Het oliepeil moet tussen de twee markeringen op de peilstok staan. Zo niet, voeg dan motorolie toe totdat de
"FULL"
markering
wordt bereikt.
Nadere bijzonderheden over het controleren en bijvullen van olie vindt u in de aparte gebruikershandleiding die door de fabrikant van
de motor wordt geleverd.
CONTROLEER KABELS EN BEVESTIGING VAN BOUTEN
Controleer de staat van de kabels (visueel) en of de bouten strak zijn aangedraaid (met de hand).
CONTROLEER DE STAAT VAN DE REMMEN
Controleer of de remmen goed werken. Ga hiervoor als volgt te werk:

Parkeer de maaier op een vlakke ondergrond en schakel de motor uit.
►
Trap het rempedaal in en schakel de parkeerrem in.
►
Schakel met behulp van de bypasshendel de aandrijving van de achterwielen uit.
►
Probeer de maaier vooruit te duwen. Als de achterwielen draaien, moeten de remmen worden nagezien. Neem contact op met
een geautoriseerde servicewerkplaats en laat de remmen afstellen.
INSPECTIE VAN DE WERKING VAN VEILIGHEIDSVOORZIENINGEN
Controleer voorafgaand aan ieder gebruik van de tractormaaier dat de veiligheidsvoorzieningen goed werken:
►
schakelaar onder de stoel
►
schakelaar op een bevestigde grasopvangbak of afbuiginrichting
►
een schakelaar voor een volle grasopvangbak
6.2.2 NA DE WERKZAAMHEDEN
DE MAAIER OPSTELLEN
Breng na het voltooien van de maaiwerkzaamheden het maaimechanisme omhoog in de hoogste stand en schakel de aandrijving
van de maaimessen uit.
Schakel het contact uit, trap het rempedaal in en zet de maaier vast met de parkeerrem. Sluit de brandstoftoevoer op maaiers met
een 1-cilindermotor (BS15, 15,5 PK).
