6.1 CODZIENNA KONTROLA I CZYNNOŚCI KONSERWACYJNE
instrukcjami, zakazami i zaleceniami podanymi w niniejszej instrukcji obsługi.
Przed każdym czyszczeniem, konserwacją lub naprawami
zawsze wyjąć kluczyk ze stacyjki
i odłączyć
kabel od świecy.
Podczas zakładać odpowiednie ubranie robocze oraz obuwie robocze. Podczas manipulacji z ostrzem tnącym oraz podczas
czynności z niebezpieczeństwem skaleczenia użyć rękawic roboczych.
unikać wylania paliwa, oleju albo innych substancji szkodliwych.
Zużyty olej, paliwo albo inne niebezpieczne substancje i materiały likwidować zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa o ochronie
środowiska naturalnego.
6.2.1 PRZED ROZPOCZĘCIEM PRACY
KONTROLA CIŚNIENIA W OPONACH
Przestrzegać przepisanego ciśnienia w oponach i regularnie je sprawdzać. Przestrzeganie przepisanego ciśnienia ważne jest dla
równomiernego koszenia. Inne wartości ciśnienia mogą prowadzić do trudniejszej jazdy, ewentualnie do utraty panowania nad
80 do 140 KPa
, jednocześnie różnica ciśnienia
pomiędzy poszczególnymi oponami może wynosić ± 10 KPa.
KONTROLA POZIOMU OLEJU W SILNIKU
Umieścić kosiarkę samojezdną na poziomej powierzchni. Uchylić maskę i odkręcić wieczko otworu wlewowego. Odkręcić miarkę
oleju, wytrzeć do sucha, włożyć z powrotem i zakręcić. Potem ponownie odkręcić i odczytać poziom oleju.
silnika.
KONTROLA KABLI I POŁĄCZEŃ ŚRUBOWYCH
Wzrokowo sprawdzić stan kabli i ręcznie skontrolować dokręcenie połączeń śrubowych.
KONTROLA DZIAŁANIA HAMULCÓW
Skontrolować sprawne działanie hamulców. Należy postępować następująco:
► Zatrzymać maszynę na równej powierzchni i wyłączyć silnik.
► Nacisnąć pedał hamulca i włączyć hamulec postojowy.
► Przy pomocy dźwigni odłączenia wyłączyć napęd kół tylnych.
► Spróbować ręcznie przesunąć maszynę do przodu.
USTAWIENIE MASZYNY
Po zakończeniu koszenia podnieść mechanizm tnący do najwyższej pozycji i wyłączyć napęd ostrzy tnących.
Wyłączyć kluczykiem w stacyjce, nacisnąć pedał hamulca i zabezpieczyć pozycję maszyny hamulcem postojowym. W maszynach
z silnikiem jednocylindrowym (BS15, 15,5 HP) zamknąć dopływ paliwa.
CZYSZCZENIE MASZYNY
Usunąć wszystkie zabrudzenia i resztki trawy z powierzchni kosiarki, wyrzutnika i mechanizmu tnącego.
ograniczona.
