EDITING GATEWAY PROPERTIES

Accessing DH3 properties window
a.
Click on DH3 in project tree and right-click and select “Edit” or click
on “E” button

Radio Tab
a.
Allows adjusting of Tx power level and number of transmission
retries
i.
Higher Tx level consumes more power

RTU Port Tabs: 1 and 2
a.
Allows configurations of two(2) serial ports
b.
RTU port can be set as a Modbus Master, Modbus Slave,
LevelMaster ASCII Slave, or ROC-Link Master
c.
Can be configured to RS232 or RS485
d.
Use the appropriate port settings to match with connecting device
e.
When using DH3 as ROC-Link Master, it supports the following
Opcodes:
i.
Opcode 17, Login Request
ii.
Opcode 10, Read Configurable Opcode Point Data
iii.
Allows user to read up to 10 user configurable (TLP) points
from a ROC.
iv.
Points can be a mix of type INT16 (signed or unsigned) or
FL(OAT).
