After a few moments, check that the appliance runs normally
in heating mode for about two minutes (if equipped with the
heat pump function) and, after a few more moments, that
the appliance runs normally for two more minutes in cooling
mode. Before ending the self-test, the electronic control
checks that the temperature sensors are working correctly.
If one of the sensors has malfunctioned the corresponding
alarm LED remain lit for 20 seconds (see table).
When an alarm is triggered, the appliance is definitely
shutdown.
If an HTE, HTI or LT alarm is triggered, the appliance is
shutdown the third time the alarm is triggered during a
certain time interval. After the first two events, the appliance
is kept in stand-by for the minimum compressor switching-
off time (3 minutes) without any warning.
When an alarm is triggered, the LEDs flash.
The dirty filter alarm does not shut the appliance down and
the LED does not flash.
IMPORTANT: If the appliance does not function as
described above, please contact our Customer Service. Any
attempts to make repairs by third parties shall automatically
render any warranty null and void.
