Appliance activation/disactivation (T1 switch)
This switch is used to turn the appliance on and off.
As the appliance’s controls are equipped with an involatile
memory the settings already made will not be erased when
the appliance is disactivated.
The T1 switch is used when the appliance is to be activated
or disactivated for short periods of time.
Should the appliance remain out of use for a prolonged
length of time then the same switch must be disactivated by
switching the general switch off first (in each internal unit in
the case of Multisplit) and then the general disconnector (or
circuit breaker). Fig. 4

Well-being function (Automatic - T2 switch)
By acting on this switch, the appliance will automatically
run to obtain optimum comfort conditions in the air-
conditioned environment.
The system temperature and the fan speed are adjusted
automatically according to the ambient temperature and the
SET temperature (except during dehumidifying mode) (Fig.
5).
4.3
Cooling function
This mode dehumidifies and cools the atmosphere. It is
activated by pressing the T4 switch Functional mode selector
until the ideogram in the form of a snowflake shows up on
the display. Before carrying out said operation, however,
the desired temperature and fan speed must first of all be set
(see the respective paragraphs).
After three minutes maximum the compressor starts up and
the appliance starts to emit cold air. Compressor startup is
evident from the green LED (light emitting diode) which
lights up on the internal unit’s console. Fig. 6
