Activation and disactivation of operating
programmes
Once the operating programmes have been set, they can
been activated or not according to the necessary contingents.

Activation may concern one or both programmes.
In particular, every time the T11 switch Program activation
is pressed the situation changes as follows:
Activation of Program 1 only.
Activation of Program 2 only.
Activation of Program 1 and 2.
Disactivation of both programmes.

Resetting of all remote control functions
The remote control may be reset completely by pressing the
T10 switch.
Doing so, the timer’s settings are cancelled and the remote
control remains in a state of default.
Furthermore, by pressing the T10 switch all the indications
possible show up on the display making it possible to check
the display’s integrity. Fig. 18

Use of appliance without remote control
If the remote control gets damaged, its batteries are dead or
it gets broken, the appliance may be controlled in the
Automatic mode only by using the console’s micro-switch
which is the same as that which must be used for zero
setting the filter cleaning pilot light.
With Multisplit it is also possible to use another internal unit’s
remote control.
To do so it is necessary:
- to make sure that the red LED is not lit up indicating that
the filter should be cleaned. If the light is on, clean the
filters and reset the pilot light following the instructions
given in paragraph 6.1 Internal unit filter cleaning.
- With a pointed object press the microswitch situated
under the hole on the control panel for 5 seconds.
- the air conditioner will work on “AUTO”.
To restore the remote control’s normal functioning it is
necessary to give any order whatsoever using the remote
control itself, once it has been returned to working order.
