Should be a malfunction occur in the condensate drain pan, the unit will stop, and fault code signals will start

flashing orange, green and red lights (the second and third LEDs from the left), altering you of an alarm status.

to temporarily enable the unit to operate until the service technician arrives, you can drain the water out of
the drain pan by following these simple instructions:

2.6 -  ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

this unit has been designed to reduce routine maintenance operations to a minimum. Clean or replace the

air filter at least once a month or as needed, should the red LED fault code light illuminate. This procedure

can be performed by the end user.

•  Cleaning the condensing coil and condensate management system must be carried out by qualified

technicians on a regular basis based on frequency of use.

Depending on how dirty the coil is, the unit’s coil can be cleaned using an air compressor and  reservoir.

•  Clean the coil fins with a soft brush, but be careful to damage or bend them. A more thorough cleaning

can be performed using non-acidic, environmentally friendly detergents and use a damp cloth to gently
clean the surface of the unit.

•  To prevent unnecessary service calls from the end user, explain the functionality of the remote control

and unit operation to the end user.

•  Also explain how to safely clean the filter by first turn off the unit.
