Westwell Warranty Statement
1.
Warranty
against defects
Westwell Australia Pty Limited ACN106 648 202 (“
Westwell
”) warrants the
product to be free of any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12
months from the date of purchase (“
Warranty
”). However, the Warranty does
not apply with respect of products damaged by unreasonable use or by use for
which the product is not intended. The Warranty will not cover defects resulting
from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect and the Warranty is otherwise
subject to the terms, conditions and stipulations recorded below.
2.
Warranty is in addition to your rights under the law
The product Westwell supplies come with guarantees that cannot be excluded
under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund
for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if
the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a
major failure.
