(1) Waste toner flow at the imaging unit section
1.
Toner scraped off by the cleaning blade in the imaging unit is conveyed to the waste toner discharge port by Waste toner collecting
screw.

The toner conveyed is stored in the waste toner bottle.

(2) Waste developer collecting path from the imaging unit/K (developing section)
• The waste developer that is collected from the imaging unit/K (developing section) is conveyed to the waste toner bottle via the waste
toner supply screw. (For details, see “Auto refining developing system”.)

(3) Waste toner flow at transfer belt unit section/2nd transfer section
1.
Toner scraped off by the cleaning blade provided in the transfer belt unit is collected onto the toner discharge port of the transfer belt unit
by the waste toner collecting screw.
2.
The waste toner collected is conveyed to the waste toner bottle by the waste toner agitating blade from the toner collecting port that is
provided in the middle of the transfer belt unit.
