Press START to access the menu.

Dial the correspondent’s number in one of the
following three ways:
By pressing DIAL , typing the facsimile number
directly on the numeric keypad and then pressing
START to confirm.
By pressing the one-touch dialling key under which
the number was stored or:
By pressing SPEED DIAL followed by the speed
dialling code under which the number was stored.
(The operating procedures summarized above, are
explained in greater detail in the “TRANSMISSION
FROM THE ADF" section).
In the example provided in the manual, the one-
touch dialling key 01 was selected.
The name and number of the correspondent
associated with the key appear on the display for a
few seconds.
4.
Repeat step 3 for each number that you want to dial
or move straight on to the next step.
5.
Press START to confirm all the numbers set and end
the procedure.
6.
The facsimile machine makes the first transmission
request.
7.
Once reception has been completed, the facsimile
machine beeps.
If the “LAST RX REPORT” parameter of the operating
configuration has been enabled, the facsimile
machine will print the report at the end of reception.
If a number is busy or the correspondent does not
answer, the facsimile machine continues dialling the
remaining numbers. At the end, it tries to dial all the
numbers waiting for transmission (automatic redial
feature).
