HomePlug 8500W Wireless Adapter
Web User Interface
Regardless of the operating system implemented, you can use a browsers to access
the Web User Interface (graphical user interface) in order to adjust settings on the
devices. Enter the IP address of the HomePlug (default:
192.168.1.254
) in your
browser.
NOTE:
If you have connected the HomePlug 8500W directly to a router with
activated DHCP server, use the IP address allocated by the router to access
the graphical user interface.
You are requested to, enter the administrator password (default:
admin
).
When the input is completed successfully, the following window appears.

You are now able to complete complex adjustments to the HomePlug 8500W
settings. The CD supplied contains an English PDF file in which all the menu items
are explained in detail. Only experienced users should use this method of
configuration.
