shown on the background as the
reference area for white balance.

The RGB balance for manual white
balance is not adjusted appropriately.
Adjust the RGB balance appropriately.

The screen color of the PC is not set
appropriately.
Set the screen color of the PC to 24
bit or higher. 32 bit is recommended.
The image color is not selected
appropriately.
Select the color mode which
is suitable for your microscope,
observation method and specimens.
