• AA (R6) manganese batteries cannot be used.

polarity.

ash or the camera is on may result in
malfunction.
• Dirt or water on the contacts can cause malfunction. Remove dirt, water, and
other foreign matter before attaching the unit to the camera.

Keeping the latch release pressed, slide the latch
in the direction opposite to that shown by the
[LOCK

] arrow to undo the latch (

securely into place (

Slide the latch to the [LOCK

• To remove the

ash, undo the latch as described in Step
1 and slide the unit from the camera.
