2-7-3-4 Measuring the Change in Integrated Intensity
The total value of the intensity in a region specified in an image can be measured and
displayed graphically.
The operation results are displayed graphically in the [Integrated Intensity] box in the
[Series] sub-panel.
The operation method is completely identical to that for obtaining the mean value of intensity.
See section 2-7-3-3, “Measuring the Change in Mean Value of Intensity”.
Double-click the [Integrated Intensity] box. The [Integrity Intensity Trace] window appears as
shown below.

When a desired area is specified by dragging mouse left button over the
graph, from upper left to lower right, the specified area can be magnified.
When the right button of the mouse is dragged on the graph, the graph
can be scrolled.
<Copy> button
Copies the plotted image in the
clipboard.
<Close> button
Quits the [Integrated Intensity Trace]
window and returns to the [Analyze]
panel.
<Save> button
Saves the profile data in a file using an
Excel-compatible format.
<Properties> button
Displays the [Editing] dialog box for
use in detailed setting of the chart or
change of the chart display.
