Preventing accidental file erasure
[File Lock]
The file lock feature lets you lock important
files to prevent them being accidentally
erased. Once locked, a file is not erased
even if the operation for erasing all the
files in its folder is performed (

File is locked.

Unlock
]:
File lock is canceled.
Sorting files [Sort by]
You can change the playback order of the
files in a folder.

].

Automatically sorts the files by file
name.

Date ascending
]:
Automatically sorts the files by date
(recording time/date) from oldest to
newest files.

Date descending
]:
Automatically sorts the files by date
(recording time/date) from newest to
oldest files.

select the priority of unplayed
files.
[
On
]:
Sorts unplayed files with priority.
[
Off
]:
Turns off the priority of the unplayed
files.

Music
], or

].

All files in the selected folder are
sorted.
NOTE
•
Folders are always listed in
order of their names. You cannot
sort folders.
Dividing a file [File Divide]
Large files or files with long recording
times can be divided for easier
management and editing.
NOTE
•
Only file recording on the voice
recorder can be divided.

Play the file to divide, and
stop playback at the desired
division point.
