…measure and cut pieces of the insulating sleeve so that they will extend beyond both ends
of the metal string guides.

Thread the strings that go through the string guides into the cut insulating sleeves…

…and place the insulated string in the string guide. Then continue tightening the string.

Continue until all of your strings are complete.
