In case of lifting and handling, the lifting bracket capacity load must not be lower than ½ of the total die weight
Ex: Die weight 7.000 kg
Minimum capacity load of the lifting bracket: 7.000 / 2 = 3.500 kg
Don’t make lifting/handling with slings that have an angle of over 90° to the horizontal level,
in opposed case can happen the extraction of the pin with the risk of load fall (see
Pic.4
).

Before each lifting or handling check that the lifting brackets capacity load is in compliance
with the die weight; the maximum capacity load, the work order number, the constructor
label and the
EC conformity mark
are indelibly marked over the lifting brackets. (see
Pic.3
).
