3-BUTTON TRANSMITTER OPERATION
Programmable feature #24 changes the configuration of how the trans-
mitter operates the system. In the factory default setting of “2 Button
Operation”, a single transmitter button alternates Arming and Disarming the
system with every press of the button. These are the basic operations if the
system is configured for “1 button” operation with the optional 3-button
transmitters.
To Arm and Disarm the System:
Optional 3-Button Transmitter
Press & Release the Large Upper Button
WHEN ARMING, THE SIREN CHIRPS TWICE, THE PARKING
LIGHTS FLASH TWICE, AND THE DOORS LOCK*
WHEN DISARMING, THE SIREN CHIRPS ONCE, THE PARKING
LIGHTS FLASH ONCE, AND THE DOORS UNLOCK*
To Silently Arm and Disarm the System:
2 X
Optional 3-Button Transmitter
Press & Release the Small Center Button Twice
WHEN ARMING, THE PARKING
LIGHTS FLASH TWICE, AND THE DOORS LOCK*
WHEN DISARMING, THE PARKING
LIGHTS FLASH ONCE, AND THE DOORS UNLOCK*
When Driver’s Door Priority Unlocking is installed, upon Disarming,
Pressing & Releasing the Large Upper Button a second time within 5
Seconds unlocks all of the doors
