15) Differential Image Function
This function is for comparison of two blood flow images. The differential blood
flow images are calculated from the control image.
1. Push “ Differential Mode “ button.
2. Push “ Load Image “ button.
3. Select the control image from saved “ BF images “
4. The selected image is shown in “ Control File “.
5. Push “ Play Movie

button and the sequential differential images are shown
on the display.
Set the center of the Y-axis of the “ Blood Flow Plot “ to zero, and enter the
maximum and minimum blood flow values in “ MAX “ and “ MIN “. The blood flow
changes in the ROIs can be shown on the “ Blood Flow Plot “.
The differential blood flow images are also saved as the AVI file and in the
Excel file.

16) B (Brightness)
This function is used to change the brightness of Real Video 2) images. The
brightness can be controlled by the slide switch. This function only effects on the
displayed images, and the original images are not changed.
17) Rotation of Images
Real Images and Blood Flow Images can be rotated 90 degrees steps by
pushing this button. The original image size is 639 x 480, and thesize will be 480
x 480 at 90 and 270 degrees.
