rings and clamp the two knobs. Slide the tube
so that the focuser is pointing up and is more or
less centred. Depending on the telescope tube
weight you might find useful to use two
counterweights. The finderscope is placed next
to the focuser, remove the two thumbscrews as
shown in figure 11 and place the finderscope.
Make sure the finderscope (figure 12) is
pointing in the same direction as the
telescope’s aperture so when you point the
telescope to an object you also point the
finderscope to it.
