Saving function
The saving function is an operation useful to store recipes of your product inside the plc memory. It
becomes easy to recall a recipe from a product that has been already produced with the
thermoformer.
The stored data are:
Settings of the servo drive (positioning, speed, acceleration).
Devices working position (trim press, heating carriage, stacker).
Working timers & counters.
Heating panels temperature setting and zones %.

To memorize a mold insert a recipe name in the textbox then push on the Disk save button from all
page except the forming cycle page and you will access the dedicated page.
Then you have to confirm the configuration saved.
By pushing the folder button, it will open the next page.
For charge a recipe select a machine configuration and press on the big arrow located to right.
