General Warning
Observe the following warning when using the machine in all mechanical, electronic, pneumatic,
hydraulic parts.
This manual may include illustrations of the machine with protective covers
, doors… are open or
removed in order to describe the components of the product in detail. Make sure that these parts
are looked during the machine use.
Always connect the 3 phase + ground to the machine and check the tension
before give the power (neutral where the power of the country required).
Do not remove front cover, terminal covers, cables…while the power
is being supplied. Doing so may result in electric shock.
Installation, operation, maintenance, or inspection must be performed by
authorized personnel. Not doing so may result in electric shock or injury.
Wiring or inspection must not be performed for at least fifteen minutes
after turning OFF the power supply or more for brushless devices.
Doing so may result electrical shock
Do not damage, press, or put excessive stress to the cable or heavy
objects on the cables. Doing so may result electrical shock
Do not touch any rotating or moving parts in operations. Do so may
result in injury.
Do not modify parts of the machines without authorization of OMG.
Doing so may result in injury or damage to the product
Securities release key is positioned in the front of the machine electric
board; the key releases all securities on machine safety doors.
It’s recommended to give the key only to a trained and expert person well
