3. PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool
while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating
power tools may result in serious personal injury.
b) Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Other protective equipment such as a nonskid safety
shoes, hard hat, hearing protection, and/or dust mask used for appropriate conditions can reduce personal injuries.
c) Prevent unintentional starting. Do not connect to the power source until you are ready to use the tool. Energizing the
tool too early can invite accidents.
d) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of the power tool in
unexpected situations.

4. POWER TOOL USE AND CARE
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application.
b) Disconnect the plug from the power source before inspecting, cleaning or storing power tools. Such preventive safety
measures reduce the risk of activating the tool accidentally.
c) Store power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these
instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
d) Maintain power tools. Check for cracked or broken parts or any other condition that may affect the power tool’s
operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained

e) Use the power tool, in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to
be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in an injury.

5. INDUCTION TOOL USE
a) Do not touch welded plate until a magnetic cooling clamp has been applied to the plate and allowed to cool for at
least 5 minutes after the weld cycle. Welded plates are very hot and touching them can result in severe burns.
b) Do not activate tool over power cords, or any metal objects including keys, safety shoes with metal inserts, jewelry,
watches, etc.
c) Always maintain a space of at least 6-inches (15 cm) between the bottom of the tool and any metal objects other than
the target RhinoBond Plate during activation.
d) Do not use this tool if you have a pacemaker, surgical implant, prosthesis or other medical device unless cleared by a
medical professional. The RhinoBond tool may interfere with proper medical device operation.
e) This tool is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge.
