1. Strip the wires.
2. To make it easier to insert the wires, twist them.
3. If necessary, crimp the plain (top) ferrules or the collared (bottom)
ferrules.
4. Insert the screwdriver into the inner (square) hole. Push firmly.
5. Insert the wire into the outer (circular) hole.
6. Remove the screwdriver.
7. Make sure that there are no loose strands.
