Program Example for Cumulative Gate Mode
This section explains a program example for a system using the High-speed
Counter Unit in cumulative gate mode.
Note
After writing a program, make sure that the program works properly.
System Configuration
Detecting Incorrectly Processed Products
Operation
This system detects incorrectly processed products.
Encoder inputs are counted while the photoelectric sensor is ON. After the
material is fed for a fixed length, the PC determines whether or not the length
is acceptable. External control inputs are used as control inputs. The count
value is reset when the mark is detected.
The value in the parentheses is for counter 2.
Offset phase inputs multiplied by 1 are input to the encoder.
BCD data is used in the system.
The counter is reset when external control input IN1 is turned ON.
